Bharat gas is one of the largest gas cylinder B2C service providers. But the service sucks big time. If a consumer books a gas cylinder, you never know when the consumer will get. Sometimes the consumer may not get at all. The response from the distributor will not be just acceptable at all.

 

 I doubt it’s the problem with the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), it must be with the distributors. I also heard that the distributors concentrate more on commercial gas cylinders than the domestic. I am not sure about the truth.
Ok... how am I affected, my dad always disturbs me that call up distributor and check when they will deliver the gas cylinder. My dad also would call up the distributor continuously, even though we have spare cylinder sometime it’s difficult to manage with that. Because the delivery of the cylinder is not predictable. Especially during the festive season.
Will the government or BPCL look into the issue or the consumers should tolerate this kind of problem rest of the life???...
